Design In Principle drawings ( DIPs) are the starting point of any project and they capture the most typical and sometimes the most critical details that need to be drawn/ developed which then form the basis of the shop drawings.
We will firstly read and interpret the architectural, structural, façade documentation, specifications etc, then develop the façade details based on system, structural, erformance, acoustic and other relevant requirements.
We will also liaise with the façade subcontractor, structural engineer and façade engineer to finalise the most appropriate system required for the job and prepare the design in principle drawings.
